The NDC Full Billet Subframe for the 2019+ ZX-6R was engineered specifically for high-impact stunt riding where welded, stamped, and hybrid subframes fail. Every load path, mounting point, and scrape interface was designed with one goal: survive repeated abuse without flex, cracking, or alignment loss.
True Billet Construction
Machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, the result is significantly higher torsional rigidity, improved impact resistance, and consistent geometry after hard scrapes and drops.
No Fairing Modification Required
Unlike many aftermarket subframes, installation requires zero cutting or trimming of fairings. Mounting points and clearances are CNC-accurate for OEM-level fitment with race-grade strength.
All Stainless Hardware – No Exceptions
Every fastener is stainless steel for corrosion resistance, thread integrity, and long-term serviceability. No zinc bolts. No cost cutting.
Initial Release Configuration
The first production version features a through-the-tail scrape bar design, optimized for maximum strength and scrape stability. This configuration requires modification of the stock tail light to allow scrape clearance.
No-Cut Scrape Bar Version in Development
For riders who want a factory tail light appearance, a second version is currently in development featuring a no-cut scrape bar design. Same billet strength. Same geometry. Clean OEM look.

Finish & Lead Time
All available color options are true anodized finishes, not paint or coating. Each colored subframe is anodized to order to ensure consistency, durability, and a proper hard finish. Because of this, colored options require an additional 1–2 weeks of lead time prior to shipping.
Raw(Silver) and standard black finishes ship sooner when available.
